We keep data collection to a minimum. This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit buidl-frontier.com or get in touch, on what legal basis, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

03How We Use It & Legal Basis

Technical log data is processed to deliver and secure the website and to maintain its stability, based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe and functional site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Email correspondence is processed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps toward or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

04Hosting

The website is hosted by [hosting provider], which processes the technical request data described above on our behalf as a processor. Server and CDN logs are rotated and deleted according to the provider's standard retention schedule.

05Cookies & Analytics

This site does not use any analytics or tracking technologies, does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and does not build visitor profiles. No cookies are set beyond any that may be strictly necessary for the site to function.

06Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with the service providers strictly needed to run the website (such as our hosting provider), each acting under a data processing agreement, or where we are legally required to disclose it.

07International Transfers

Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another valid transfer mechanism to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data.

08Retention

Technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary to operate and secure the site, then deleted on the provider's rotation schedule. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and longer only where statutory retention obligations apply.

09Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, email office@buidl-frontier.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).

10Security

This site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.

11Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. We will not make retroactive changes that reduce your rights without clear notice on this page.
